Guests with early entry tickets will enter through the VIP DOORS. 

RESERVED SEATING
Guests with reserved tickets enter through the MIDDLE DOORS next to the Limerick Pub.

GENERAL ADMISSION
Guests with floor tickets enter through the MAIN DOORS next to the box office.

After the concert, visit the Limerick Pub for the post show meet & greet with A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie. The Limerick Pub is located on the main concourse at section 118/119.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited at all Total Mortgage Arena events. Vapes and lighters will not be permitted to enter the venue, and there are no designated smoking areas at the facility. Guests leaving the facility will not be permitted to re-enter.

Bags and purses of any size are not permitted, including backpacks, clutches, totes, clear bags, and camera bags. Only bring the necessary items that fit in your pockets. We do not offer a bag check.

Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items. These bags will be subject to search. 

Total Mortgage Arena would like to advise fans that heavy traffic conditions are expected near the venue before and after the event. 

Guests are encouraged to arrive early, carpool, or take the Metro-North Railroad New Haven line to the event to avoid heavy traffic areas.

Event day parking is located in the surface lots across from the venue located between Lafayette St & Broad St. Parking on event day is $25 credit card only or can be purchased online through Ticketmaster before the event. Please note, this parking is a separate transaction and delivery from your ticket purchase. Present this separate parking event voucher to the lot attendant for admission.

Additional event day parking can be found in the Harbor Yard Transit Garage on South Frontage Rd and is $25 cash only!
