Bag Policy
The Total Mortgage Arena bag policy is designed to enhance the safety of all fans entering Total Mortgage Arena as well as streamline the venue entry process to provide fans with a safe and enjoyable experience.
Bags will not be permitted at entry to Total Mortgage Arena, except for bags used exclusively for medical equipment or diaper bags for the care or infants and toddlers. Guests will still be permitted to bring a clutch purse into Total Mortgage Arena, provided they are 8” x 5” x 1” or smaller. There is no check-in location for prohibited bags or items at the Arena.
All medical bag, diaper bags and clutch purses are subject to search and will be marked with a daily pass.
What happens if I take the train, ferry or uber?
We don't have a bag check on site. Prohibited bags will not be allowed inside regardless of transportation to the Arena.
Can I bring a clear bag?
Clear bags that are 8” x 5” x 1” or smaller are allowed inside. Anything larger than the accepted bag size will be prohbited.
I have medical items, can I bring a bag?
Yes, bags used exclusively for medical equipment will be allowed inside. These bags are subject to search upon entry.
Can I bring a diaper bag?
Yes, small diaper bags are allowed inside with a child. The diaper bags are subject to search upon entry.
