Bag Policy

Bags will not be permitted at entry to Total Mortgage Arena, except for bags used exclusively for medical equipment or diaper bags for the care or infants and toddlers. Guests will still be permitted to bring a clutch purse into Total Mortgage Arena, provided they are 8” x 5” x 1” or smaller. There is no check-in location for prohibited bags or items at the Arena.

Phone-Free Experience

This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart watches and accessories, will not be permitted in the performance space.

 

Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times, and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space.

 

Anyone seen using a device (phone, smart watch or accessories) during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.

Cashless Transactions

We now use a cashless experience for all box office, food, beverage, parking and retail purchases. Bring a debit or credit card for purchases. 

Parking

Parking in the surface lots can be purchased ahead of time via Parkwhiz or on the day of the event. Parking on event day in the surface lots are credit card only.

Extended Box Office Hours

Starting Friday, June 9th, Bill Burr tickets will be available for pick up at will call. We will have extended box office hours, including June 23rd. A valid photo id will be required to claim your tickets. 

The box office will be open from 10am to 4pm on the following days:

Fri, June 9
Wed, June 14
Fri, June 16
Wed, June 21
Thurs, June 22
Fri, June 23 (The box office will stay open through the start of the show)
