Bag Policy

Bags will not be permitted at entry to Total Mortgage Arena, except for bags used exclusively for medical equipment or diaper bags for the care or infants and toddlers. Guests will still be permitted to bring a clutch purse into Total Mortgage Arena, provided they are 8” x 5” x 1” or smaller. There is no check-in location for prohibited bags or items at the Arena.

Parking

Event day parking is located in the surface lots across from the venue located between Lafayette St & Broad St. Parking on event day is $18 credit card only or can be purchased online through Parkwhiz before the event. Please note, this parking is a separate transaction and delivery from your ticket purchase. Present this separate parking event voucher to the lot attendant for admission.

Additional event day parking can be found in the Harbor Yard Transit Garage on South Frontage Rd and is $18 cash only!

Heavy Traffic

Total Mortgage Arena would like to advise fans that heavy traffic conditions are expected near the venue before and after the event. 

Guests are encouraged to arrive early, carpool, or take the Metro-North Railroad New Haven line to the event to avoid heavy traffic areas.

Season Ticket Access

  1. Sign in to Account Manager.
  2. Tap the menu icon on the top left of the screen and click "My Events."
  3. Scroll down to the "My Tickets" area & select the seat(s) you want to view barcodes for entry. If you have multiple tickets to scan in during entry, swipe right to left to view each barcode.
  4. Present barcode to get scanned for entry and you're in!
  5. Pro tip: Add your ticket(s) to your phone's "wallet" and have a fully charged battery.
